Jerome F. O'Brien graduated from Seton Hall University in 1972 and Seton Hall Law School in 1975. Mr. O’Brien started his collection law practice in 1976 and, prior to joining Snellings Law, handled collection matters for the past 44 years. He now brings this extensive experience to Snellings Law.
